- Final inspection of each handcrafted piece
- Secure packaging with protective materials
- Preparation for shipment
Note: During peak periods (holidays, special promotions), processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you if any delays occur.

Your ceramics are fragile and precious to us. Every order is packed with:
- Double-layer bubble wrap around each piece
- Protective kraft paper and shock-absorbing padding
