30-DAY HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
Return any item within 30 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied.
What you need to know:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- You cover return shipping costs (we recommend tracked & insured)
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email us at info@continentalab.com with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions and our Portugal address
- Pack the piece securely (bubble wrap + original box if possible)
- Ship with tracking and keep your receipt
- Get your refund within 5–7 days after we inspect the item
Tip: Use a carrier that offers insurance for fragile items.
ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
This one's on us. Here's what to do:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the damaged piece and packaging
- We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice
No return shipping required. We'll handle everything.
WRONG ITEM OR ORDER MISTAKE?
We're human, and sometimes mistakes happen. If we sent the wrong piece or there's an issue with your order, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
